Owner & Certified Remodeler (CR)
Allen Harris has been involved in renovation work since the age of 12, when his father became his mentor in the remodeling business. His main goal is maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by continuing his own education and professional growth in the remodeling industry. Allen has been leading the ALH team since 1999.
Allen’s other passion is participating locally and nationally in amateur racquetball. |

Project Manager
Ray Guyton's background in remodeling began when he completed a remodeling project in his own home. For several years he also helped ALH Home Renovations during their busy season. In doing so, he realized how much he enjoyed renovation work and became part of the ALH team in 2004.
Ray, his wife, Leslie, and their daughters, Alexis and Sabrina, reside in Lee's Summit. Their interests include boating, jet skiing, tubing, water skiing, traveling and cruising the Caribbean. |

Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC)
Ted Lamers first started building new homes from foundation to finish with his brothers in Wisconsin, and has 6 years of experience in commercial construction. In 1989 he moved to the KC area and worked for Expo Design Center and Home Depot stores, specializing in their hard flooring departments. When Ted joined ALH in 2006, he was reunited with his true passion — quality home building and remodeling.
Ted's hobbies include traveling, the out-of-doors and the fun game of golf.

Project Manager
Jason Moore came to ALH Home Renovations with a lifetime of experience. He grew up doing woodworking with his dad and later worked for Sprint where he gained valuable project management knowledge. With his corporate project management experience and woodworking skills, Jason is a perfect fit for ALH. He joined the ALH team in 2005.
Jason and his wife, Rachel, live in Lee’s Summit where they dream of filling their house with kids, but for now care for their miniature schnauzer, Bella.

Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC)
Keith A. Moore has been with ALH since 2003. His extensive knowledge in the remodeling industry is rooted in 13 years of hands-on experience. In 2004 he completed the NARI CLC certification class.
Keith and his wife, Brenda, and daughters, Kylie and Logan, reside in Independence. His personal interests include online NASCAR racing, riding ATV's, and mud-racing competitions where he and Brenda have earned numerous trophies.

Field Technician
Mike Dickmeyer came on board with ALH in 2007. He has 15 years of senior military leadership, and has operated a home-based wellness business. His construction experience is comprised of eight years of basement finishing and general handyman work. Mike's rich variety of experience helps rounds out the ALH team.
Mike's personal interests include auto-work, golf and movies.

Project Manager
Jonathan (Bubba) Rhodes joined the ALH team in 2006 with a background in door and window installation and general carpentry. His technical and management expertise has enhanced project efficiency, and he also fulfills a business expansion roll. Bubba is often featured at the ALH Home Renovations booth during the Kansas City Homes Shows.
Bubba and his wife, Marcia, enjoy traveling, sporting events, live music and running marathons. They became new parents this summer.

Office Manager
Janessa Dolphin is the Office Manager at ALH Home Renovations. She has five years of administrative experience and has worked in a legal capacity. She is enthusiastically building her knowledge of the remodeling industry and expanding her office management responsibilities.
Janessa enjoys traveling as well as missions work, and she loves exploring other cultures and languages. Her volunteer efforts have taken her to Australia, Thailand, India and Singapore.
